Hong Kong Auto Repair is now located at 163 21st St. between 3rd and 4th Avenue in Brooklyn. They do excellent, honest, reasonable work. In 2004, I took my car in for its first New York emissions inspection at the original location on 4th Avenue. So happy was I with the great service, I went home and wrote a song about it. In 2007, Hong Kong Auto Repair moved to its present location on 21st St. Hong Kong Auto Repair Inc 163 21st St
